Why Donate?

Four Seasons Musical Theatre is a non-profit registered charity that enriches the lives of you, your loved ones, and your community by:

  • Offering wholesome plays filled with art and performed live for children and adults. Live theatre broadens our life experience and balances the experiences we and our children receive through television and the movies.
  • Providing a place for people young and old to volunteer, meet new people, work with others, mentor others, and be mentored. The plays are the result of the work, cooperation, and creativity of the children, teen, and adult volunteers who put them together.

Four Seasons runs on volunteer energy. We charge admission to see our plays, but money is still needed for:

  • script and music licence fees
  • venue rental shortfall
  • program and signage printing, advertising, and promotion
  • costumes and makeup
  • props and stage scenery

You can help by donating money to Four Seasons. The funds you give, or which are bequethed by your estate, will help continue the effects of Four Seasons Musical Theatre for everyone in our community.

Donations are eligible for a federal tax credit (Four Seasons is a registered charity). In short, the first $200 you donate is eligible for a federal tax credit of 15 percent of the donation amount. After the first $200, the federal tax credit increases to 29 percent. For extensive info about how this tax credit works, click here.
